TimelessBeaute.ph ships orders daily, i.e., Monday to Saturday. More importantly, if we receive your payment details on or before 1pm, the shipment of your orders will come to you on the same day within Metro Manila ONLY, through Grab Express/Lalamove rider.
Delivery date outside of Metro Manila entirely depends on the courier of our choice, i.e., Abest usually delivers parcel within 1-3 working days after shipment while LBC / DHL usually delivers within 1-2 working days after shipment.

Placing an Order?
We can’t wait to unite with your items. Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order is not dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We are on it.
The customer may defer or postpone the delivery if the recipient of the package is not available in the official address confirmed during the placement of the order. It is most equally important for the customer to send the defer or postponement notice through SMS or send messages through the Facebook Messenger immediately wherein TimelessBeaute.ph will be happy to respond to your request accordingly.
The customer must take note as well that the official Couriers of TimelessBeaute.ph deliver only within this important timing, i.e., between 8am to 6pm.
The customer may also choose the nearest neighborhood partner of DHL / LBC branch to pick up your parcel if there’s no one to receive your parcel at home/office.

RETURN & EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE?
Oftentimes, the customer is satisfied with the order they have confirmed with TimelessBeaute.ph. However, the customer may only apply return or exchange if the product is verified in the following conditions:
- The product is open or not sealed properly
- The product is incorrect as per the official placement of order The product is to be changed with a different item but the customer will bear the cost of all the expenses of the shipment
